Job Description

The WebLogic Administrator position will be responsible for the technical implementation and maintenance of the Oracle WebLogic server environments. These environments support the implementations of Oracle Enterprise Manager, SOA Suite, and Oracle Fusion Applications to support Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll. This position will be a key member of the Infrastructure/Middleware team.

Qualifications

Experience supporting web servers in an AIX UNIX environment, WebLogic 11g preferred. 

Experience with practical application support and maintenance. 

Experience with UNIX scripting 

Experience with WLST and ANT scripting 

Knowledge in the application of the following: 

      - ANSI SQL (Microsoft, Oracle, Teradata, DB2)\ 

      - Middleware/SOA development and implementation, Oracle Fusion preferred 

      - Strong knowledge of web application fundamentals 

Ability to work with multiple teams to maintain customer support levels. 

Ability to demonstrate logical problem solving and critical thinking skills. 

Good verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to work with minimal supervision. 

Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently.
