Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports Pidgin's marketing programs across the website, social media, email, and content channels. This role owns day-to-day execution: building and updating web pages, scheduling and reporting on social content, supporting email campaigns, and assisting with design assets for blog posts, newsletters, and events. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across the full marketing toolkit.

Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and maintain web pages in Webflow, including landing pages and blog posts.

• Schedule, publish, and report on LinkedIn and social content using Sprout Social.

• Support email campaigns and CRM/contact management in HubSpot, including list building and basic reporting.

• Design graphics and visual assets in Canva for social posts, blog content, newsletters, and events.

• Assist with the quarterly newsletter, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading.

• Support blog content production, from formatting and publishing to basic SEO best practices.

• Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, and speaking engagements.

• Maintain the marketing database, including customer and prospect files.

• Assist with public relations efforts and marketing collateral development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proficiency with Webflow, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and Canva.

• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.

Optional Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Experience with podcast or video content (recording, editing, or show notes).

Ideal Candidate:

• Excited to work across many tools and channels, and eager to build a broad marketing skill set.

• Takes ownership of deliverables and understands how their work connects to broader goals.

• Establishes processes to streamline day-to-day workflows.

• Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking on new challenges.
