Job Title: HR Associate

Department: Human Resources

Location: Atlanta, GA

Working hours: Hybrid Schedule

Job Summary:

VSoft’s Human Resources Associate performs HR-related tasks including

employee relations, legal HR compliance, recruitment, terminations, payroll, and

benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be organized and a dedicated

strategist for continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Recruits and screens applicants on experience, skills, and education.

• Organizes employee onboarding (including background checks and

immigration procedures), access provisions, and training programs.

• Coordinates open enrollment period and benefits administration

(insurance, 401k, and PTO, etc.)

• Ensures legal compliance for human resource federal and state

requirements, including but not limited to Annual Sexual Harassment

Training, termination laws, PTO laws, etc.

• Ensures audit compliance from HR for IT security and financial audits.

• Maintains company handbook and other required policies.

• Maintains employee records and payroll through HRIS system.

• Manages employee review process.

• Manages employee morale through events such as monthly birthday

celebrations, team building events and holiday parties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or prior experience in

human resources.

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be detail

oriented.

• Must work with constant priority changes, follow tasks to completion, and

operate well under pressure.

• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
