In this role, you will oversee the migration of projects from the sales team to the delivery team for customers moving to Cisco Webex solutions. You will take the lead on design and ensure all customer needs have been documented and will be met in the forthcoming solution deployment.

You will be the technical lead for the US team, supporting them to achieve and retain customer satisfaction. As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco collaboration solutions for clients. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and guide them on how to best leverage Cisco technologies to improve communication, productivity, and collaboration.

Experience in deploying and troubleshooting: UCCE and/or UCCX CUCM, IM&P, CUC Voice Gateways, ATAs, and CUBEs Webex Calling (Auto Attendant, Forward, Pickup groups, Voicemail, etc.) Webex Contact Center (Entry Points, EP Mappings, Business Hours, Flow Editor, etc.) Webex Connect (Custom Node Queries, Webhooks, SMS, etc.) Webex App/Devices Salary and Benefits: $115,000 - $135,000 An exciting role in a dynamic, cross-border team with colleagues in Switzerland, Germany, and the US.
