What We Need

Corpay is seeking an innovative, data-driven and commercially focused Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead enterprise digital marketing across the company. This executive will drive measurable revenue growth by aligning marketing investments with business priorities while leading a high-performing, AI-enabled marketing organization. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this executive will own digital demand generation, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, digital experience, marketing technology, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business Unit leaders to accelerate pipeline growth, improve marketing efficiency, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes. This leader combines strategic vision with operational excellence, using data, experimentation, and customer insight to translate business priorities into scalable digital growth.

How We Work

As Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will be expected to work in an office environment, alongside your colleagues, full-time in our Buckhead, Atlanta office.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Enterprise Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Leading Corpay's enterprise digital marketing strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives and business unit priorities.
    • Establishing best-in-class capabilities across paid media, SEO/GEO/AEO, web, content, social, email, ABM, and marketing automation.
    • Developing repeatable demand generation programs that improve pipeline creation, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Commercial Growth & Go-to-Market
    • Partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align digital programs with GTM priorities.
    • Optimizing customer journeys through segmentation, personalization, testing, and AI-driven insights.
    • Developing executive-level performance reviews with clear recommendations and investment priorities.
  • Marketing Technology, Analytics & AI
    • Leading the digital marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM integration, marketing automation, attribution, analytics, experimentation, and AI.
    • Establishing KPI governance around pipeline, CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, marketing-sourced revenue, and ROI.
  • Leadership & Operating Discipline
    • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing digital marketing organization.
    • Managing enterprise marketing investments with strong financial discipline and measurable business outcomes.
    • Influencing executive stakeholders through concise recommendations, clear decision frameworks, and practical execution plans.
    • Fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous optimization, and customer-centric innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years of progressive digital marketing leadership experience, including executive leadership in B2B marketing organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in B2B payments, fintech, financial services, SaaS, commercial payments, or similarly complex technology-driven industries preferred.
  • Proven success leading enterprise demand generation, digital transformation, and marketing technology initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution, SEO/GEO/AEO, paid media, web optimization, and account-based marketing.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing large marketing budgets and investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude.
  • Builder who creates scalable processes, simplifies complexity, and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into crisp executive narratives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with senior leaders, business operators, product teams, finance, technology, legal, and external partners.
  • High ownership, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, discretion, and willingness to do hands-on work.
