What is a web developer?

Web Developers are professionals who design, build, and maintain websites and web applications. They use programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and others to create user-friendly and functional websites. Web developers may specialize in front-end (user interface), back-end (server-side logic), or full-stack (both) development. Their role often involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and clients to ensure websites meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.

What are some common challenges faced by web developers when working on cross-functional teams?

Web developers often work closely with designers, project managers, and back-end engineers, which can sometimes lead to challenges in aligning priorities and communication styles. Bridging the gap between creative design concepts and practical implementation requires regular collaboration and flexibility. Additionally, ensuring consistent user experience across different browsers and devices while meeting project deadlines can be demanding.
