GCOM is looking for candidates, to fill a role of Technical Lead, to join our MTX B2B Solutions Team located in Location. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MTX Salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the design, development, and integration
  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture
  • Design, develop and maintain a technical solution to support client’s business requirements and follows best practices
  • Perform code reviews for development team members to ensure proper coding standards
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
  • Identify technical risks on your projects and help implement a mitigation plan
  • Think creatively to balance the demands of client needs with technical best practices

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience of Salesforce implementation experience
  • Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
  • Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, automated unit testing, Maven
  • Ability to travel, as needed
