At Gradient Financial Group, you’ll play a key role in shaping how financial services professionals show up online, designing and building websites that are not only visually compelling, but strategically built to drive engagement and growth. You’ll collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team while owning projects from concept through launch, turning Figma designs into polished, responsive WordPress sites.

Gradient Financial Group is a growing financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Luson Media, a full-service branding, marketing, and PR firm focused on helping financial services professionals scale through strategy, creativity, and performance-driven marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to concept and produce digital presence
  • Maintain website and DNS management hosting (i.e. AWS, Siteground and WordPress)
  • Transform Figma designs into engaging, user-friendly web experiences
  • Lead web projects from planning through launch, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Build and maintain event websites and templated solutions for financial services professionals
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital strategies
  • Optimize websites for performance, UX, SEO, and lead generation
  • Serve as a go-to resource for web best practices, troubleshooting, and WordPress guidance
  • Support client relationships through clear communication and high-quality delivery
  • Mentor and train team members, including onboarding new web designers
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in web design/development
  • A strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and modern web trends
  • Experience with website analytics, SEO, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning
