Job Title: Relief Direct Support Professional- 3rd Shift

Looking for a Relief Direct Support Professional- 3rd Shift to start ASAP!
Basic Schedule: Part-time position; 16 hour bi-weekly schedule (with every other weekend); 3rd Shift, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Basic Job Description/Responsibilities for Relief Direct Support Professional:
  • Provide nursing care activities for assigned residents, according to their individualized plan of care.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (bath time, meal time, etc.)
  • Provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Perform activities in the area of physical therapy and range of motion.

Required Job Skills/Experience: HS/GED; minimum age 21, experience using a computer.
Preferred Job Skills/Experience: Experience working with individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, CNA I; College of Direct Support.
Beginning Pay for This Role: $13.50 per hour!!! Rates increase based upon experience!
