Job Title: Direct Support Professional- 1st Shift

Looking for a Direct Support Professional- 1st Shift to start ASAP!
Basic Schedule: Full-time position; 80 hour bi-weekly schedule (with every other weekend); 1st Shift, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Basic Job Description/Responsibilities for Direct Support Professional:
  • Provide nursing care activities for assigned residents, according to their individualized plan of care.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (bath time, meal time, etc.)
  • Provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Perform activities in the area of physical therapy and range of motion.
Required Job Skills/Experience: HS/GED; minimum age 21, experience using a computer.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience: Experience working with individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities,CNA I; College of Direct Support.
Beginning Pay for This Role: $13.50 per hour!!! Rates increase based upon experience!
