Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible for the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company?s products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • Analyze internal and external data to develop business insights and recommendations for action
  • Design, write and produce communications such as direct mail, collateral, event support materials, newsletters, brochures, customer surveys
  • Develop and deliver internet-based marketing such as e-mail campaigns and e-mail newsletters
  • Develop and execute strategies across various social media platforms to engage audiences, build brand awareness, generate leads, and promote the company's products or services
  • Participate in the maintenance and updating of company web site
  • Review, update, and maintain marketing databases
  • Participate in sales meetings to keep sales team informed and up to date on marketing activities and initiatives
  • Assist sales team with marketing project requests
  • Cross-collaborate with all departments within the company, including our FL offices, to help meet organizational objectives
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing and lead generation activities and results
  • Assist in determining the marketing budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget
  • Work and maintain relationships with existing marketing vendors and develop relationships with new vendors as required to achieve marketing and budget goals
  • Set up and participate in industry trade shows

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, English, Journalism, or related area is required
  • 3+ years of general marketing experience including but not limited to print ads, direct mail, promotions, trade shows and web marketing
  • 3+ years of business-to-business product marketing, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Extremely organized; detail and results oriented with previous project management experience a plus
  • Excellent PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office along with knowledge of the various software applications used in marketing and graphic design
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com CRM software a plus
  • Should exhibit high level of creativity and resourcefulness and possess equally effective people skills to deal with customers and coworkers
  • Team player with a ?Do whatever it takes? attitude
