En la Universidad Europea, estamos buscando un/a Web Project Manager con nivel alto de Portugues e Ingles, cuya mision sera gestionar, coordinar y supervisar el diseno, desarrollo y mantenimiento/actualizacion de los proyectos web asignados por el responsable del departamento de Activos Digitales, de acuerdo con la estrategia de marca establecida, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de posicionamiento, notoriedad y negocio de la Universidad.

  • Idiomas: Imprescindible C1 portugues y C1 de ingles
  • Conocimientos: plataformas de desarrollo web y edicion de contenidos en CMS estandares del mercado, experto en experiencia de usuario, buenas practicas SEO. 
  • Nociones de HTML, CSS y tecnicas CRO. 
  • Requerido conocimiento y experiencia en gestion de proyectos digitales.
  • Habilidades: clara orientacion al cliente; proactividad y resolucion, atencion al detalle, gusto por el diseno y capacidad de analisis.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia profesional de al menos 2/3 anos en posiciones similares (Jefe de proyecto Web en companias de consumo o servicios).

1. Ecosistema web

  • Coordinacion con proveedores de desarrollo Web y participacion en:
    • procesos de UX: inventario de contenidos, co-creacion de arquitectura de informacion, revision de prototipos
    • supervision del diseno grafico
    • definicion de funcionalidades
    • revision de entregables: QA y debugging
  • Coordinacion con equipos tecnicos internos: supervision de integracion de flujos con Salesforce y revision de casos de uso
  • Edicion de contenidos en CMS
  • Comunicacion, seguimiento y relacion con distintas areas de la universidad con necesidades web.
  • Conocimiento de la competencia en estrategias de captacion y comunicacion directa. 

2. Analitica y medicion

  • Implementacion de buenas practicas SEO.
  • Analisis de datos y metricas para identificar areas de mejora y proponer acciones de optimizacion.
  • Ayuda en implementacion de metricas para consecucion de objetivos en los diferentes soportes web.
  • Comunicacion, gestion y desarrollo de trabajo con diferentes partners de tecnologia y ecosistemas web.

3. Soporte en gestion

  • Velar por la calidad del proyecto de acuerdo con los objetivos de negocio, las necesidades del usuario y los plazos de entrega establecidos
  • Realizacion de presentaciones.
  • Coordinacion con distintos stakeholders de la universidad.
  • Gestion e interlocucion con agencias colaboradoras.
