  • MUST have insurance experience
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Excellent project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
  • Knowledgeable of Agile software development practices, preferably SAFe
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading teams and/or managing technical people
  • At least five years working as a Developer
  • Experience in Microsoft Technologies like .Net, .NET Core and C#
  • Data and communication layer experience, specifically with Web Services or ESBs
