Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

What You'll Do:

Manage short (1-4 week) proposal development projects from start to finish involving multiple team members representing different departments based across multiple time zones globally

Use our web-based sales and project management tools to coordinate the proposal development process, including writing, editing, review, and online submission

Submit proposals and additional supporting documentation via online portals according to guidelines

Ensure that all proposals are delivered on time and within budget and specification

Schedule and lead project initiation, planning and status meetings and send ongoing communications to the project team and outside partners related to program goals and status

Serve as point of contact for external freelancers/partners to obtain materials necessary to perform their project-relates tasks

Complete other responsibilities, as assigned
