Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello, content management systems (CMS), and often a certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is valuable. Strong leadership, organization, and excellent communication skills enable effective team coordination and client management. These skills ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet both technical and business goals.
