The Opportunity

Join Adobe as the Director of Web Product Management for Adobe for Business! This senior leadership position gives you the opportunity to take charge of the web experience for our vast Enterprise portfolio. You will own the end-to-end enterprise web customer experience for the Global site, ensuring customers and prospects can discover, evaluate, and engage with Adobe's enterprise solutions across business.adobe.com. You will lead cross-functional alignment across executive collaborators and partners to make business.adobe.com the showcase of the agentic website of the future. This includes crafting how AI and automation transform a modern web team and ensure we are the model for Adobe on Adobe for B2B.

What you'll Do
  • Define and drive the comprehensive B2B web strategy and customer journey alongside senior leaders from cross-functional teams (CXO & C&P Enterprise Marketing, C&P Corporate GTM, CXO PMM and C&P PMM), to grow engaged visits, improve form completion rate, and deepen customer understanding.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of web product leaders responsible for enterprise web strategy, prioritization, and performance, setting clear goals and building a culture of critical thinking, customer obsession and measurable impact.
  • Prioritize the enterprise web experience roadmap and deliver requirements to the B2B Web Capabilities organization. Establish a continuous experimentation and optimization program to accelerate measurable business impact using data-informed insights and testing. Develop and deliver executive-facing strategic recommendations in partnership with the web analytics team.
  • Lead enterprise web discoverability by partnering with SEO leaders to support improvements in citations, and increase traffic and brand visibility metrics
  • Innovate the team operating model by deploying AI agents and automation accelerating the team's focus on strategy and experience impact.
  • Accountable for growing site engagement, brand visibility, and customer outcomes
What You Bring
  • 10+ years leading and managing teams, including senior contributors in web marketing or digital product leadership.
  • Experience working and collaborating across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong proficiency with the modern web tech stack, including enterprise CMS platforms, web analytics, and work management tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, site performance, accessibility, and their impact on engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions and fields.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid agile environments.
  • Preferred qualifications: Prior experience with multi-product enterprise software portfolios, deploying AI tools in marketing, and a background in content strategy, information architecture, or UX or equivalent experience.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $172,400 -- $334,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $231,000 - $334,500

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
