Product Owner - Digital Co-Brand Growth & Acquisition Experiences
Location: Remote (must reside in Miami/South Florida; occasional ship travel required)
Type: 12-month contract
Overview:
Looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Owner to lead digital product initiatives that drive co-brand credit card acquisition, engagement, and spend across the guest journey-from pre-cruise planning through onboard engagement to post-cruise loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and digital vision for co-brand credit card growth.
  • Partner with Brand, CRM, and Bank of America teams on targeting, segmentation, and offer strategy.
  • Lead continuous testing, optimization, and personalization using customer insights and behavioral economics.
  • Drive execution of digital experiences that enhance acquisition funnels and spend mechanics.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in product management, ideally within credit cards, loyalty, or digital financial services.
  • Strong background in co-brand card programs and acquisition/engagement strategies.
  • Proven success launching/scaling mobile and web products; familiarity with modern app technologies and digital payments ecosystems.
