ABOUT THE ROLE:
Position is responsible for designing, producing and delivering on time all the work assigned to the company’s in-house Advertising Department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work on all print related projects assigned from the Advertising Department 

  •  Work with Sr. Director and Project Managers to complete and meet deadlines on assigned projects 

  • Communicate regularly with Sr. Director on job progress and to clarify questions to facilitate a smooth project flow 

  • Receive job requests from Project Managers, review project information from SILA (In-House Project Management Software) and handle as appropriate 

  • Stay up to date on software and design trends 

  • Depending on project, design and follow through on production completion 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is mandatory 

  • Fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint • Experience in Advertising/Print; agency experience a plus

  • Experience in design/ resizing for ads, packaging, layout design, branding and logo design, OOH, POP and tradeshow design 

  • Retouching and web experience a plus 

  • Must be comfortable with a Mac environment 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline driven environment • Good communication/ time management skills mandatory 

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills & able to understand priorities of tasks 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design/Visual Communication 

  • 3 years+ graphic design experience in a corporate environment 

  • Experience in and knowledge of design process 

  • Experience in and knowledge of production process

The pay range for this role is $85,000-$95,000/yr USD. ​
