Job description

Crown Trophy is America’s largest organization of Awards & Recognition retailers. Our local family-owned franchise is looking for a positive, hardworking individual to round out our production team.


A Production Assistant for our company will be responsible for assisting in the assembly, plating, production, and mounting of various trophies, medals, plaques, and awards. The right candidate will have an eye for layout, be able to lift 40 lbs., be able to maintain a neat and clean work environment and accurately follow both written and verbal instructions. This position works with some power tools and a heat press. Basic computer and web browser comprehension is required.


On-the-job, paid training will be provided once hired. Training is hands on experience.

Must be flexible and easy to adapt to ever changing workloads.


Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Must have the strength to lift 40 lbs. comfortably and have a good eye for things being level and even.
  • Must be comfortable operating power tools, such as a table saw / drill / etc.
  • No work-related experience is required; on-site training will be provided
  • Must have basic computer skills; must be comfortable navigating web pages
  • Workplace is drug and alcohol free


Position Details:

  • Full, Part time, or temporary position, Monday - Friday. Schedule can be flexible during operating hours depending on production load or Employee needs
  • Store hours, Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm
  • Shop is closed on weekends and holidays
  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Temporary
  • Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour with room to grow within company.
