Production Team Member / Warehouse

Crown Trophy is America’s largest organization of Awards & Recognition retailers. Our local, family owned franchise is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual.  The Production Assistant performs as part of a team, responsible for and dependent on effective teamwork and communication.  If you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail and want to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble trophies, plaques, awards, and medals with care and precision
• Organize and unbox incoming product shipments
• Organize and pack completed awards and prepare for pickup or shipment
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed to support daily operations

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has strong attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with others
• Is organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable and punctual
• Can lift a minimum of 30 pounds

Compensation is based on ability and experience.  Paid Holidays and vacation.
