ELS is hiring for the position of Marina Operations Manager in Cape Haze, Florida.

What you'll do:

The Marina Operations Manager utilizes their experience with the daily operations, administrative and operations data to ensure that property teams meet the short- and long-term goals associated with Marina business plans and budgets. This position ensures that objectives are met in an ethical and professional manner that complies with the company'spolicies and procedures.

Your job will include:

  • Safely operate and train with a 20,000LB Marine forklift in a busy Marina environment. .

  • Lead and manage employees in the implementation of short and long term business plans.

  • Ensure that Marina Operations meet defined performance objectives.

  • Maintain a current knowledge property and support equipments physical condition and maintenance required.

  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Oversee and assist property expansion and improvement programs.

  • Assure that the property is maintaining a safe and secure operation for our customers as well as employees.

Experience & skills you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marina operations.

  • Ability to operate and train on Marina equipment and boat handling

  • Ability to analyze operations and recommend changes to improve property performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal,written and verbal communications skills.

  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

  • Willingness and ability to travel.
