Job description

PermitFlow is redefining how America builds. We’re an applied AI company serving the nation’s builders, tackling one of the largest information challenges in the economy: understanding what can be built, where, and how. Our AI agent workforce helps the fastest-growing construction companies navigate everything from permitting and licensing to inspections and project closeouts – accelerating housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development across the country.

Despite being a $1.6T industry, construction still suffers from massive delays, wasted capital, and lost opportunity. PermitFlow has already delivered unprecedented speed, accuracy, and visibility to over $20B in development, helping contractors reduce compliance time, de-risk projects, and scale with confidence.

As the U.S. enters a new capex supercycle across data centers, factories, housing, and renewables, joining PermitFlow means building the AI infrastructure at the core of every construction project driving the next wave of reindustrialization.

We’ve raised over $90M, most recently completing our Series B, from top-tier investors including Accel, Kleiner Perkins, Initialized, Y Combinator, Felicis, and Altos Ventures, with backing from leaders at OpenAI, Google, Procore, ServiceTitan, Zillow, PlanGrid, and Uber.

Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). We are seeking NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation to NYC.

Role Overview

PermitFlow is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to help build and maintain the systems, automations, and workflows our go-to-market teams depend on. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you'll partner closely with Sales, CS, and Ops to execute on Salesforce infrastructure, ship AI-powered workflows, and keep the GTM engine running as the company scales. This is a hands-on IC role with significant visibility; the tools and systems you build will be used by leadership and drive real decisions within your first months on the job.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain Salesforce automations, screenflows, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, and Apex-based logic; help keep the CRM accurate and trustworthy as the source of truth for revenue data

  • Build and maintain production-grade automations in n8n and similar tools, supporting the full lifecycle from scoping through monitoring and iteration

  • Deploy AI into live workflows and systems, not as a personal productivity aid, but as infrastructure that improves efficiency across the GTM org

  • Support lead and opportunity routing logic from inbound assignment through stage progression and handoff to CS, with the Revenue Operations Manager owning end-to-end design

  • Support deal desk operations including pricing approvals, contract generation, and non-standard deal routing

  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytics that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, rep productivity, and revenue forecasting; surface insights, not just metrics

  • Serve as a frontline operational resource for GTM teams debugging workflows, triaging requests via Slack, and maintaining process documentation and runbooks in Notion

  • Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager and GTM leadership to identify pain points, scope solutions, and deliver them on a fast build cycle

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience at a tech company; ideally 1+ year as a Salesforce admin

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with Flows, Lightning Web Components, and/or Apex; comfort reading, writing, and debugging code

  • Demonstrated AI fluency: you've built actual systems and workflows on top of AI, not just used AI tools for personal productivity; ideally you bring specific examples

  • Exposure to automation tooling (n8n or similar) and the GTM stack (Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, marketing automation platforms)

  • SaaS background, ideally at a startup or growth-stage company; comfort operating without a defined playbook

  • Strong analytical ability, comfortable with data modeling, reporting, and translating metrics into actionable recommendations

  • Ownership mindset: you take problems from identification through deployment and ongoing iteration, not just to "in progress"

  • Bias toward shipping a working v1 fast and iterating; you don't wait for a perfect spec to start building

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth company

  • 100% company-paid base medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees + healthcare FSA

  • 401(k) savings plan

  • Unlimited PTO and paid family leave

  • Home office & equipment stipend

  • Daily in-office lunch and dinner provided

  • Commuter benefits (pre-tax transit and parking)

PermitFlow provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or family status, as protected by applicable law.

We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities. All employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and business needs.

Compensation Range: $110K - $140K
