Channel Partners is seeking an Operations Manager to support LG Home Appliances' retail and merchandising programs. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by coordinating projects, managing reporting and data integrity, and supporting field teams. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving efficiency across teams.
This position requires you to be onsite at the LG Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ each day at 8:30 am
Minimum Pay
USD $60,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay
USD $65,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do
  • Support day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks for the operations management team and the client
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and field personnel across the organization
  • Serve as a key point of contact for warehousing, parts, and shipping partners
  • Coordinate merchandising projects, including shipment logistics and issue resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of merchandising materials and parts to field teams
  • Conduct daily audits of field reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
  • Maintain reporting tools and systems, ensuring proper location data and issue tracking
  • Produce standardized and ad hoc reports using client reporting tools
  • Manage financial aspects of the program, including tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with management to support project execution and program success

What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations support or a similar role
  • Experience with merchandising project coordination preferred
  • Retail industry experience (big box preferred) is highly valued
  • Experience working with home appliance or consumer electronics manufacturers is a plus

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
