In this highly visible remote role, you'll drive end-to-end delivery of web product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and digital experiences across flagship web properties including Surface, Windows, and Copilot. You'll partner with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, engineering, design, content, and operations to ensure launch readiness, quality assurance, accessibility, and seamless execution in a fast-paced Agile environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced program manager who thrives on coordinating complex web initiatives, improving operational processes, and delivering impactful customer-facing experiences.

The expertise you bring:

  • 8–10+ years of technical program or project management experience leading complex web initiatives from planning through delivery.

  • 8–10+ years supporting web operations, integrated marketing campaigns, or digital production environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
