Vitamix is seeking a Manager, Digital Product who will own the technical vision, development execution, and continuous evolution of Vitamix.com. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, leading a multi-disciplinary technical team while serving as a strategic partner to business and leadership. The Manager turns website needs into actionable roadmaps for developers, designers, IT, and external partners to optimize the direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical vision and continuous evolution of Vitamix.com, aligning platform capabilities with macro business goals and executive leadership priorities.
  • Oversee day-to-end project delivery and sprint execution for all Vitamix.com initiatives, driving the lifecycle from initial requirement scoping through to launch and post-mortem review.
  • Lead cross-functional technical teams and external agencies in an Agile environment; maximize velocity by managing sprint intake, backlog grooming and work tracking.
  • Serve as the primary technical partner to Ecommerce, Brand, Channel Marketing, and Sales, translating complex technical constraints into clear business impacts.
  • Partner with IT to oversee critical web-to-ERP integrations, platform updates, and third-party tool implementations to ensure architecture scalability.
  • Accountable for the overall integrity of the site, owning the strategy for QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and final release protocols.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and site defects to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with digital analytics teams to manage the technical execution of A/B testing, personalization frameworks, and accurate tag management implementation.
  • Drive technical readiness for new product introductions by establishing lead times, technical content specifications, and front-end requirements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in ecommerce product management, web operations, digital platforms, or web development
Demonstrated experience leading web delivery lifecycles, managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, and directing vendor/agency relationships
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related field
Technical Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of major ecommerce platforms, web operations, and modern development workflows
  • Proficient in sprint planning, backlog management, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Solid foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, release management, and source control environments (GitHub)
  • Familiarity with data-driven tools including Adobe Analytics, tag management systems, and A/B testing/personalization platforms
  • Exceptional capability to author clear technical documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria) and present technical concepts cleanly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to understand site functionality, integrations, and development needs
