Acoustical Solutions is seeking an accomplished, values-driven General Manager to lead the company’s next stage of growth and operational maturity. As a provider of acoustical products and services for architectural, commercial, industrial, and customer-specific noise-control applications, the organization requires a leader who can align strategy, culture, and execution while sustaining a disciplined commitment to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Lead:
  • Establish and communicate a clear strategic direction that supports sustainable growth in commercial acoustics, soundproofing, and noise-control markets.
  • Champion continuous improvement across sales, operations, estimating, installation, customer service, supply chain, and administrative functions.
  • Strengthen organizational systems that improve quality, lead times, project execution, customer responsiveness, and operational consistency.

  • An experienced executive with at least 15 years in a senior management or executive leadership role with responsibility for business performance, operations, and team development who is an expert in reading P&L’s. as well as industrial distribution sales and marketing experience.
  • A leader with a record of industrial distribution, sales and marketing experience who can develop teams, improve business performance, and build organizational capability.
  • A disciplined advocate for continuous improvement who views process excellence as a leadership responsibility and competitive advantage.
  • A credible communicator who can engage employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.
  • A strategic operator who balances long-term planning with practical execution and measurable outcomes.
  • A culture-focused leader who develops talent, reinforces accountability, and recognizes the importance of teamwork in delivering customer value.
  • An executive with appreciation for technical products, project-based work, customer consultation, and service-oriented solutions within the built environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
