Euna Solutions is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to own and evolve our digital web presence-and help us build the next generation of it. This is a hands-on individual contributor role embedded in the Marketing department to build high-performing web experiences across our full product portfolio.

You'llmanage day-to-day web operations while leading an exciting transition: migrating from our current WordPress environment to an AI-first development stack built on Next.js, optionallywith a yet-to-be-selected headless CMS.You'lllead the transition to an AI-first world,participateinthatCMS selection, contribute to the architecture, and help define how the marketing team builds for the web going forward.

You'llalso build andoptimizelanding pages for campaigns across our product lines, and collaborateon hosting infrastructure, CDN configuration, and performance. Ifyou'reafront-end focused developerwho genuinely loves building-and who treats AI tooling as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought-this role was written for you.

Web Operations & Development

  • Manage day-to-day web operations across eunasolutions.com and related properties, including page publishing, content updates, redirects, and QA
  • Build andmaintainhigh-quality landing pages for campaigns, product launches, events, and conversion-focused initiatives
  • Contribute to the migration from WordPress to a Next.js-based, headless CMS environment-from CMS evaluation through implementation
  • Collaborateon hosting infrastructure, DNS, CDN configuration (Cloudflare), caching strategy, and performance optimization
  • Maintain web performance standards including Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance
  • Support technical SEO implementation including structured data, metadata management,canonicaltags,robotsdirectives, and internal linking

AI-First Development

  • Use AI coding tools (e.g.ClaudeCode) as a core part of your development workflow-not as a supplement to it
  • Prototype and ship interactive tools, calculators, and dynamic content experiences with AIassistance
  • HelpestablishAI development workflows and standards for the marketing web team
  • Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and advocate for adoption of tools that meaningfully improve output quality or team velocity

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Build andoptimizecampaign-specific landing pages across product lines.
  • Be responsible forthe performance of Euna's web properties, including in-market traffic and conversion rates, etc.
  • Support A/B testing andconversion rateoptimization (CRO)initiatives using analytics and experimentation platforms
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content to ensure web properties accurately reflect current messaging and positioning
  • Assistwith web components of integrated campaigns including event pages, gated content, and form-driven conversion flows

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and report on web performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and technical health
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console,SEMrush, and other tools toidentifyand prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Maintain an active, prioritized backlog of web improvements grounded in business impact
  • Audit andmaintainconsent management, cookie compliance, and privacy-related web configurations

What You Bring

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in a web marketing, web development, or digital marketing role with significant hands-on web production responsibility
  • Proficiencywith Next.js or React, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on a modern JavaScript framework, package managers (npm/yarn), and version control (Git)
  • Proficiencywith WordPress and at least one visual editor (e.g. X/Cornerstone,Elementor, or similar)
  • Experience evaluating or implementing headless CMS platforms (e.g.Contentful, Sanity,Storyblok,Prismic, or similar)
  • Fluency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript-comfortable reading, writing, and debugging code
  • Active, practical experience using AI development tools as a core part of your production workflow
  • Hands-on experience with web hosting environments, DNS, CDN platforms and server-side configuration
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO implementation
  • Experience with web analytics platforms including GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with stakeholders across a marketing organization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WordPress at a technical level (theme development, custom plugins, page builders)-helpful for transition context
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms and CRM form integration patterns
  • Background in B2B SaaS or public sector software marketing
  • Experience with consent management platforms (e.g.Complianz,OneTrust) and privacy compliance implementation


Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON (or ATL, GA) office.

Compensation Range: $80-100K + bonus
