The Ecommerce Manager will manage the daily operations of the ecommerce team to bolster marketing efforts and support store operations. This role coordinates and works alongside our purchasing and marketing departments, as well as store operations. We’re seeking an individual to manage the department and improve processes, as well as enhance the customer’s experience. This is a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm in-office position.


Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of dbsupply.com, including product merchandising, site content, and promotions
  • Oversee and prioritize product onboarding
  • Coordinate digital campaigns to drive traffic and improve site visibility
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal promotions, sales, and new product launches
  • Collaborate with and manage outside agencies on site updates, integrations, and improvements
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer experience
  • Develop and refine ecommerce processes, policies, and best practices
  • Evaluate and improve site relevancy through SEO maintenance and Google Ads
  • Manage and improve site search and merchandising
  • Review and ensure site compliance in accordance with any state and federal regulations (ADA, sales tax, firearms, etc.)
  • Other administrative duties assigned by the Director of eCommerce.


Requirements:


Required Experience: Proven 2+ years supervisory experience required. Strong excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. Experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento), Algolia, and AI are preferred, not a requirement. Web development skills are also preferred, not a requirement.


Required Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
