We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Manager, Web Analytics within our Global Information Technology's Global Application and America's Marketing Team. Operating within the world's leading Oral Care Company, we are leveraging some of the leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. You will be responsible for directing the lifecycle of website tagging initiatives, ensuring robust tracking implementation to empower enterprise-level, data-driven insights.
This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What you'll do
  • Oversee the end-to-end digital web analytics roadmap, ensuring tag governance and tracking accuracy that fuels global marketing precision and efficiency.
  • Direct the lifecycle of website tagging initiatives, overseeing backlogs and resource allocation, and ensuring consistent implementation standards.
  • Build and maintain a long-term analytics roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure analytics tagging and implementation standards are followed, including development of data layer strategies.
  • Drive a self-service data culture by automating reporting workflows and empowering stakeholders with actionable, user-friendly insights.
  • Champion rigorous data governance, proactively identifying and resolving data integrity issues to ensure a single source of truth for global marketing performance.
  • Assess, manage, and support website data privacy compliance and governance.
  • Implement and improve website tagging processes, including managing JIRA workflows, ticketing, and SLAs.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence business strategy.

Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of web analytics experience with digital marketing and application (customer-facing portals) environment required with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics process design, implementation and documentation management experience
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager both client-side and server-side

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on web development experience (JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, Google Apps Script) combined with SQL and Snowflake capabilities for data analysis.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise-level tagging and cookie consent banners (e.g., OneTrust), backed by a strong understanding of tag governance and global data privacy laws.
  • Skilled in applying Agile/Sprint methodologies to manage backlogs and project execution using ticketing systems like JIRA and Google Workspace for real-time global collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical metrics into compelling stories and actionable executive-level strategies.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and align global stakeholders across complex organizations.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115,200.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
