We are headquartered in Miami, FL with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners in the US market of all sizes and verticals. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Senior Python, React & AI Engineer, located in Latin America. You will join a fast‑paced engagement focused on building and delivering a production‑ready, AI‑driven solution, with potential for long‑term collaboration based on performance.

We are looking for:
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full‑stack roles)
  • Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement)
  • Solid experience with React
  • Hands‑on experience building APIs and data pipelines
  • Experience working with LLMs or AI‑driven workflows
  • Proven experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
  • Ability to build and ship production‑ready code quickly in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in client‑facing roles
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Azure (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.)
  • Background in document processing or structured data extraction
  • Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM‑as‑judge)
  • Experience working on early‑stage or fast‑moving projects
