Job Summary

We are seeking a talentedย Web Designer II โ€“ UX Designer / Web & Email Developerย to join our team in a hybrid role that blendsย UX designย withย front-end web and email development. This position focuses on creating engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences across websites and HTML-based email campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, brand, and creative teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create UX deliverables includingย wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Design and developย responsive web pages and reusable web components
  • Build and maintainย HTML-based email templates
  • Ensure designs meetย accessibility (ADA/WCAG)ย and responsive design standards
  • Maintain and update front-end code usingย HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Work withinย CMS platforms and design systemsย to support page builds and updates
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams on digital initiatives
  • Performย quality assurance testingย across browsers, devices, and email clients
  • Troubleshoot layout, rendering, and performance issues

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience inย UX design, web development, and/or email development

Technical Skills

  • UX design tools:ย Figma, Adobe XD
  • Front-end technologies:ย HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Strong understanding ofย responsive design principles
  • Experience working withย CMS platformsย (Adobe AEM preferred)
