Link Logistics is seeking actively enrolled undergraduate students for a 10-week paid summer internship with our Power & Infrastructure team. This internship is designed for students interested in commercial real estate, infrastructure, data centers, investments, energy markets and the future of logistics real estate. As an intern, you will gain exposure to markets and properties across the industrial and data center spectrum while working closely with a collaborative Power & Infrastructure team. You will support investment analysis, market research, project tracking and materials used by senior leaders to evaluate growth opportunities across North America.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Support the Power & Infrastructure team in evaluating data center development, powered shell and infrastructure investment opportunities across North America.
  • Assist with financial underwriting, valuation analysis and investment committee materials for potential acquisitions and development projects.
  • Conduct market research on data centers, power markets, utility systems, transmission infrastructure and industrial real estate trends.
  • Analyze utility power availability, infrastructure constraints and development timelines across target markets.
  • Support due diligence efforts, including review of site, entitlement, environmental, utility-related and development information.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards and reporting materials for senior leadership.
  • Maintain project tracking databases and support portfolio monitoring initiatives.
  • Participate in calls with utilities, brokers, consultants, developers and internal teams.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Current junior undergraduate student, rising senior, actively enrolled at an accredited fourโ€‘year institution.
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate, infrastructure, energy, data centers or investment management.
  • Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing concepts, including market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation or capital markets.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problemโ€‘solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Word experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detailโ€‘oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your understanding of the real estate investment process.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation concepts or market research.
  • Experience using Excel to analyze data and build clear summaries or models.
  • Knowledge of Argus preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AIโ€‘enabled tools or data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
  • Detailโ€‘oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and develop an understanding of the real estate investment process.

$45/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
