VVater is a US-based, next-generation water treatment company that aims to provide Water for Humankind with a cornerstone of sustainability and a promise of a better, healthier tomorrow-servicing various industries and markets around the world from Real Estate, Wastewater Treatment, Municipal Potable Water, and multiple others, in particular, focusing on the recovering and recycling of different waters in a centralized or decentralized way. The company also does artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, surf parks, aquatics, sewage treatment, wastewater, and drinking water.
Job Description:
VVater seeks a Web Development and SEO Specialist to manage and enhance our company's digital assets, including websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web presence, focusing on usability, content, SEO, and overall website performance to drive traffic and generate leads. This role requires a blend of web development skills and digital marketing expertise, particularly in SEO and analytics. VVater always seeks to find candidates that are Swiss army knives with multiple skill sets and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve VVaters website/s, ensuring high performance and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
  • Implement and oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance and conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage website content updates, ensuring fresh, accurate, and engaging content aligned with our marketing strategy.
  • Design and implement effective backlinking strategies to enhance online presence and authority.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, analyze user behavior, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align website strategy with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage PPC campaigns to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Ensure website security protocols are in place and perform regular backups.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, web development, and digital marketing.
  • Provide regular reports on website and SEO performance to management.
  • Utilize and master tools like SEMRush, Meltwater, and other relevant software for market analysis, competitor insights, and SEO optimization.
  • Develop, manage numerous landing pages and content delivery solutions.
  • UX & UI design and development of various other lead generation and strategies from application development.
  • Programming & Coding for other applications and usages as required.
  • Other tasks or duties assigned by the company.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
  • Experience in implementing and managing SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Meltwater, or similar.
  • Understanding of the latest trends in web development and SEO.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaign management is a plus.
