Job Summary:

They are seeking a Web Experience Optimization Lead to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of their web ecosystem, ensuring a top-notch user experience across multiple sites. The role involves managing content, development sprints, and vendor relationships while leveraging innovative technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end experience from vision, execution, optimization and ongoing performance improvement for Valley.com and multiple ancillary websites for Valley sub brands and multiple ancillary websites for Valley sub brands.
• Define and continuously evolve the website vision and roadmap, rooted in customer needs, brand strategy, and measurable business outcomes, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and data, balancing near term gains with long term platform health.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation across web platforms.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions and advanced marketing tools to enhance personalization, automate workflows, and improve user experience.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the web development team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Maximize utilization and adoption of existing MarTech investments and drive optimization of Adobe Target, Segment CDP, Snowflake, Salesforce & Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Partner with product marketing and creative to deliver compelling, high performing content that educates, engages, and drives action.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and related tools.
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Utilize GA4 / UA360 and other analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making and drive personalization and testing strategies using Adobe Target.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO, UX best practices, and web accessibility standards.
• Champion of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and UA360.
• Proven track record managing multiple vendors and complex web ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience serving as Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver creative excellence, lead content strategy, drive innovation, and execute deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Marketing Technology or a Computer Science discipline and a minimum of 7 years' experience in digital marketing or marketing product management, with a focus on web platforms.
Preferred:
• Background in data analytics or marketing performance measurement and experience in Banking or regulated industry.
