2) Scope of project to Plan for pharmacy systems migration in stores

4) Potential Target system for migration is PDX-EPS

Deliverables by Specialist over next 4-6 Weeks:

2) Develop specific questionnaire for Client Meetings

4) Conduct Workshops ONSITE with client teams

6) Guide conversation with Business leaders at Company to finalise plan.

8) Develop Cost / Timeline document for each scenario (max of 2 possibly)

10) Workshop / meetings to be conducted onsite along with other team members (1-2days a week)

Requirements of Specialist Resource:
