Full-time income average of $57,000 a year with potential earnings up to six-figures!
Commission pay structure with guaranteed minimum, commission vs. $15 an hour, with additional $800 monthly salary. Eligible for monthly sales bonus.

The Sales & Operations Support Specialist serves as a hybrid role that supports both sales and operational excellence within the store. This dual-function position is designed to provide a well-rounded experience in customer engagement, sales, inventory management, and operational execution.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Act as an ambassador of the Slumberland customer experience--prioritizing customer needs at all times.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals while building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle customer transactions including financing, refunds, exchanges, and account inquiries.
  • Manage post-sale customer communication and order maintenance to ensure complete satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:
  • Answer phones and assist customers or direct calls as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries, customer pickups, processing sales orders, and managing order flow.
  • Perform merchandise handling including receiving, tagging, moving, staging, and preparing items for delivery or pickup.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy; report discrepancies and assist in resolutions.
  • Participate in daily opening and closing tasks, including cash balancing.
  • Maintain backroom organization and efficiency following Slumberland standards.

Merchandising & Store Presentation:
  • Participate in merchandising efforts, promotional set-ups, and floor changes to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards, including participation in store events and marketing activities.

Safety & Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety policies and practices, ensuring personal and team safety in daily operations.
  • Safely move and handle furniture, with or without assistance, as required.
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Slumberland's core values.
  • Support store leadership in team initiatives and day-to-day operations.
