Job description

About MML Hospitality
At McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality (MML), we are devoted to creating some of the world's most memorable hospitality experiences, where exceptional cuisine, inspired design, impeccable service, and authentic storytelling come together in harmony. Founded by Larry McGuire, Tom Moorman, and Liz Lambert, MML is recognized for its refined, character-driven approach to restaurants, hotels and retail, each concept deeply rooted in creativity, quality, and a true sense of place. With a growing portfolio of celebrated properties across Texas, California, Colorado, and New York, MML continues to expand into new markets and iconic destinations.
Position Overview
MML Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative Design Team. This role supports a portfolio of distinct restaurant, hotel, and retail brands and requires a strong foundation in environmental, print, and brand system design.
The ideal candidate understands how a brand translates into physical space - from menus and signage to in-room collateral, packaging, uniforms, and digital touchpoints. They are detail-oriented, production-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple active projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This designer should have a professional-level understanding of the full design lifecycle - strategy, concept, refinement, production, and vendor-ready delivery - with a strong sensitivity to typography, materials, and experiential consistency.
Candidates should be comfortable moving between high-level brand design, brand asset organization and management, smaller day-to-day design updates and admin tasks. This role reports directly to the Brand & Creative Studio Director and is a full-time, in-office position.
What you'll do:
  • Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and environmental assets across restaurant, hotel, and retail concepts (menus, collateral, packaging, signage, marketing materials, event graphics, web assets, etc.).
  • Maintain and evolve multi-brand systems while preserving the integrity and distinct voice and identity of each concept.
  • Prepare production-ready files and collaborate directly with printers, fabricators, and signage vendors to ensure accurate execution.
  • Develop mockups and presentation materials for pre-opening projects, property signage, and brand rollouts.
  • Communicate with operations teams and on-site management to support ongoing brand maintenance, updates, and seasonal changes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, web, development, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into cohesive visual solutions.
  • Manage and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries to ensure long-term scalability and accessibility.
  • Contribute to typography, layout, visual system maintenance and development across new and existing brands.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or experiential brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating environmental design, print production, and brand system thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). After Effects is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing production files and working with exterior production vendors.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in hospitality or multi-location brand environments strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive)
  • Familiarity with web asset production and light UI/UX support is a plus.

Why you'll want to work for MML:
  • Competitive Salary + Bonus Potential
  • Beverage Education Reimbursement
  • Paid Time Off
  • MML Property Discounts (Hotel, Restaurant, Retail)
  • Fitness and Health Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, and Pet Insurance
  • Retirement Benefits
  • Parental Leave
  • Advancement and Promotion Opportunities
  • Community Service Opportunities

If an offer is accepted for this position, a comprehensive background check will be required, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, and criminal records.
