Position Overview:
The position will play a key role in driving sales growth through relationship building, educational training platform development, marketing on social media, and team engagement. This individual will also contribute to website and program development.  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and team members  
  • Develop and execute social media strategies through customized trainings 
  • Create, update, and manage website content using modern web tools and platforms  
  • Assist in training and onboarding new partners  
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and partner engagement  
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed  
  • Remain current with technology trends to improve efficiency and outreach  


Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations
  • Strong social media expertise (Facebook)  
  • Experience with website builders or basic web development  
  • Background in training, coaching, or mentoring others preferred  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently  
  • Proficient with video editing and production  
  • Minimal travel requirements
