Duration: 6+ months on w2 without benefits
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Job Summary:
We are looking for senior-level Controls Engineers with strong experience in HMI programming and web development within industrial automation environments. Candidates should have hands-on expertise with Codesys/Beckhoff systems along with Siemens and Rockwell/Allen Bradley HMI & PLC programming.
The ideal candidate should also possess strong software development skills and be comfortable modifying and supporting applications written in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, HTML, Python, and JavaScript.
Work Location / Travel:
Approximately 75% onsite work at customer location in Sterling Heights, MI
Remaining 25% work from Wixom, MI office
No separate expense reimbursement available
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in HMI Programming & Web Development
Hands-on experience with:
Codesys / Beckhoff
Siemens HMI/PLC
Rockwell / Allen Bradley HMI/PLC
Ability to modify or support applications written in:
HTML
C#
Python
JavaScript
Experience with integration, commissioning, debugging, testing, and launch support
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
