Title: React Web Developer
Location: Frisco TX, Atlanta GA, Overland Park KS - Hybrid role (3 days onsite/week)

We're seeking a senior-level React Web Developer to build modern, high-performing web applications that support a key DevOps initiative. In this role, you will create intuitive, responsive interfaces, dashboards, and reusable components that help power infrastructure tooling and improve visibility across DevOps operations. If you enjoy translating technical requirements into elegant user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, this is a strong opportunity to make meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop responsive React-based web applications that support DevOps tools and internal infrastructure initiatives
  • Design and build dashboards, monitoring interfaces, and web-based utilities for operational visibility
  • Partner closely with DevOps engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable front-end solutions
  • Build reusable UI components and contribute to a maintainable component library
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability across browsers and devices
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code following modern web development best practices
  • Support integration with backend services and APIs as needed for seamless application functionality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, front-end architecture, and user experience
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in React development or modern web application development.
  • Experience in using AI tools Claude, Git copilot, Cursor or similar tools. Experience in development life cycle is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Demonstrated experience building responsive, performant, and user-friendly web interfaces
  • Experience with web performance optimization and front-end best practices
  • Senior-level experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with technical teams to define and deliver solutions
  • Telecom industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with DevOps tools, infrastructure monitoring, or operational dashboards preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is preferred
  • Experience with .NET or another backend framework is a plus

The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $118000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
