Job Description

As a Web Developer, work with members of a Scrum / Agile project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the company website. Under general direction, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code such as C#, HTML, ASP.net, JavaScript, and .Net and VB.Net for various website applications and components.

Specific duties in this role will include:

  • Programming in a thin GUI interface
  • Understanding and connecting to a normalized SQL structure
  • Detailing and documenting user specifications
  • Ensuring optimal user functionality
  • Following detailed systems procedures
  • Coordinating with other IT team members to complete projects
  • Researching software solutions
  • Communicating with end users
  • Providing training to other developers on various web-based applications as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years' experience
  • Experience in C# and .NET; background working with HTML, ASP.net, Access, and JavaScript, preferred
  • Understanding of ODBC and directory structures
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft PC operating systems and MS Office products
