We are currently looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join the web development team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Web Application Development: Build and maintain scalable, responsive front-end applications using ReactJS and modern web technologies to ensure a high-quality user experience.

  • Performance & Scalability: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and efficiency across diverse platforms and devices.

  • AI Tool Integration: Apply AI tools-existing or custom-made-to enhance the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, and verification phases.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Core Stack: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), with a primary focus on the ReactJS framework.

  • Design & Integration: A strong sense of UI/UX aesthetics and experience integrating front-end systems with backends such as Python, Go, or C++.

  • AI & Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflows; experience with GenAI, Agentic workflows, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a significant asset.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $77,000 - $94,000 annually.  Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.  Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
