Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop user-friendly websites that align with client specifications and company standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, establish project timelines, and deliver high-quality web solutions. - Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and browsers, maintaining a consistent look and feel across platforms. - Implement best practices in web design and development to enhance user experience and accessibility. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and security protocols to incorporate into design strategies. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and developers as needed. - Ensure compliance with security requirements, including maintaining an active/current TS/SCI and passing a CI Poly.## QualificationsRequired Education: - A Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Required Experience: - Must have at least 8 years of professional experience in web design, including a proven track record of designing and implementing user-centric websites. - Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks. - Demonstrated experience in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other industry-standard tools. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to produce cohesive and visually appealing web designs.
