We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer (Web & UX) who wants to make an impact by crafting experiences that create emotional connections and inspire action.

In this role, you’ll be hands‑on in shaping how these causes engage their audiences. Everything we do is rooted in deep strategic thinking informed by discovery and research, and you’ll play a key part in gathering insights and translating them into meaningful creative solutions. You’ll help clients refresh or reimagine their brands and deliver highly conceptual, strategically grounded designs and UX deliverables.

You’ll be a senior member of a seasoned team, mentoring, inspiring, and collaborating with others as you contribute to some of our most high‑profile and challenging engagements. Your talent, experience, and work ethic will help elevate the work we do every day.

Requirements
  • You have been in UX and web design for 5+ years and can hit the ground running
  • You maintain your own website portfolio with a large collection of inspiring work samples
  • You have the ability to design in a variety of styles, and execute unique yet functional solutions to websites’ most common problems
  • You are adept at developing logos and visual brand systems
  • You have experience working with and developing component-based design systems in Figma, and working with more advanced functionality like auto‑layout, libraries, styles, tokens and variables.
  • You are comfortable building nuanced creative narratives and confidently pitching work to executive teams.
  • You are collaborative and have demonstrated experience working with writers and strategists to develop holistic creative solutions
  • You are multi-dimensional. In addition to your design skills, we’d love for you to be great at something else... illustration, typography, motion design, front‑end coding. Show us your stuff!
