Job Title: Web CMS Specialist - Optimizely
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web CMS Specialist with expertise in Optimizely to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the Web CMS Specialist will be to build pages for our website in accordance with our UX/UI best practices and design standards.
Responsibilities: - Build website pages using our content management system (CMS), Optimizely, that adhere to design standards and UX/UI best practices - Execute on A/B and Conversion rate optimization tests to improve website performance - Produce quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test and implement website updates - Stay up to date with industry best practices, user experience trends, and design technologies
Able to work autonomously Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Optimizely with a proven track record of delivering impactful experiences
- Experience in web development and design
- An eye for design and attention to detail
- Experience in UX/UI best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
