Job description

Sales & Marketing Representative

Sales & Marketing Representative – Supplement & Food Co‑Packing
Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time

MZ Packaging is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who loves building relationships, closing deals, and helping shape how we show up online. If you’re excited about B2B sales in the food and supplement space and want a role that blends sales, account management, and digital marketing, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, quote, negotiate, and close new co‑packing business.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients and become their go‑to contact for projects and growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and deepen partnerships.
  • Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep the team aligned on opportunities.
  • Help drive new business through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and light content support.
  • Partner with our team on website updates, case studies, and basic marketing materials that highlight what we do for food and supplement brands.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from the website and job platforms and move them through a clear sales process.
  • Collaborate daily with operations, quality, and customer service to deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
  • You’re comfortable talking to business owners, brand managers, and operations leaders.
  • You use CRM tools to stay organized and love seeing your pipeline and numbers in one place.
  • You’re curious about marketing and not afraid to send LinkedIn messages, draft simple outreach emails, or provide ideas for web content.
  • You stay calm under pressure, can juggle multiple accounts, and follow through on what you promise.
  • Experience in food, supplement, nutraceutical, or manufacturing is a plus—but we’re open to strong sellers from other B2B industries.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base pay + performance bonuses/commission.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • PTO and company holidays.
  • Direct access to leadership and clear paths to grow into senior sales or key account roles.
  • A tight‑knit team that values honesty, reliability, and long‑term relationships.
