Job Summary

The Specialist, Digital Marketing provides expertise in support of the planning, production, and delivery of digital content for websites, email marketing, and marketing campaigns. This role supports Thrivent Asset Management in its brand and corporate strategies. This role builds, publishes, and maintains web pages through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using approved templates and components. This role requires strong web design and development knowledge and partners with UX designers and developers to build accurate digital experiences. The Specialist also engages with cross-organizational teams and serves as a critical liaison between internal business partners, technology, digital marketing, and creative services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Manages the content management process for Thrivent Asset Management websites across internal stakeholders, from initial concept through content review, publication, and ongoing updates. Consults on, builds, delivers, and publishes responsive web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using templates and components to support Digital Experience team projects, marketing campaigns, and ongoing content, including articles, videos, and podcasts. Provides consultation, coordination, and support for SEO and AI optimization of content. Consults with business partners on the development of web content that improves navigation, content interactivity, conversion rates, and search engine visibility. Tests and reviews content placement and related links to ensure content is easy to find and navigate. Partners with content stakeholders to maintain a consistent design and content approach across websites. Ensures design and content align with UX, usability, accessibility, and brand requirements. Leads 5th business day, quarter-end and annual prospectus material updates and monthly content reviews Partners closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory requirements are met and submitted to AdTrax (our compliance record of review).

Job Qualifications

Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing web and marketing projects, including special projects, annual, quarterly, monthly reviews, and other business-as-usual initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing marketing initiatives across web content management, email, and social media. Demonstrated ability to partner with design, development, technology, sales, marketing, product, creative, legal, and compliance business partners. Experience working within a digital asset management (DAM) platform, content management system (CMS), or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Preferred: Understanding of agile process working in JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of SEO and AI optimization best practices. Ability to track, evaluate and report analytics. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in an Asset Management Organization.

Additional Information

This position requires you to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN a minimum of three days a week (currently Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $81,352.00 - $$110,065.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
