Job description

Develops and manages engaging website content so users regularly use the site as a source for information and decision-making.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
Responsibilities:
  • Develop content that motivates and informs users
  • Manage website editorial activities
  • Gather and research information that increases site value

Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Clearance Requirements: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3), required at proposal submission
  • Certification Requirements:
    • Duty-based. Required before starting work if performing IA functions; exact category is not specified.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience developing and managing content for web-based analytical or operational applications.
    • Experience presenting AI/ML model outputs, performance information, or decision-support data to end users.
    • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, reports, and user-facing data visualizations.
    • Experience developing Section 508-compliant web content.
    • Experience translating technical, analytical, or operational information into clear user-focused content.
    • Experience conducting content research and validating information accuracy, completeness, and usability.
    • Experience supporting content-intelligence or generative-AI use cases.
    • Experience working with software developers, data analysts, operational users, and Government stakeholders.
    • Experience developing user guides, online help, release communications, and training content.
    • Familiarity with AWS-hosted web applications and authenticated Government environments is preferred.
    • Familiarity with CAC/PKI access, cybersecurity restrictions, and controlled content-management processes is preferred.
