Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, CPQ customization, RCA, integrations, and Lightning development while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions and customizations.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and product configuration requirements.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain CPQ APIs and integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Configure product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Refactor existing code to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities where possible.
  • Support enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
  • Create technical documentation and contribute to solution design and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ development experience.
  • Hands-on development experience with RCA.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce development.
  • Experience developing and supporting Salesforce CPQ APIs and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting, product catalogs, bundling, and product configuration.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, workflows, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, data sharing, and security.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and tools such as Data Loader.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products such as CPQ and Einstein Analytics.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or similar DevOps platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automation tools such as Copado CRT, Jenkins, Selenium, NeoLoad, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, .NET, Windows, and UNIX environments.
  • Experience writing technical specifications and performing code reviews.
  • Knowledge of Siebel CRM is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred.
