ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is seeking an Associate UX Designer for a hybrid on-site role in Summit, NJ, focused on developing and enhancing internal tools for non-technical, business-facing users such as chemists, formulators, and marketing teams. In this role, you will simplify and improve user experiences by applying core UX principles, conducting usability testing, and iterating on feedback to make enterprise tools more intuitive and effective. You will always ask: can this be made better or easier for the person using it? You will have the opportunity to engage with a global Fortune 500 Consumer Health company, partnering directly with business and technology leadership, and will benefit from competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design clean, intuitive interfaces for internal tools used by non-technical business teams, including chemists, formulators, and marketing staff
  • Apply core UX fundamentals such as information architecture, usability heuristics, and interaction design to every screen and workflow
  • Conduct usability testing directly with end users-including R&D/formulation scientists and Claims Excellence/Marketing teams-and translate feedback into design iterations
  • Build and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications in Figma
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are implementable and support adoption goals
  • Contribute design input on tools built using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform (Microsoft Design ecosystem)
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 1+ year professional UX design experience
  • Strong grasp of foundational UX/UI design principles with a demonstrated interface-first mindset
  • Hands-on experience conducting usability testing with real end users
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Interest in AI-assisted tooling and supporting adoption of AI-driven workflows
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform / Microsoft Design tools (preferred)
  • Experience designing for non-technical, business-facing audiences (preferred)
